Peregrina Travel Co is a founder-led private travel consultancy. We provide luxury travel planning and travel concierge support for private clients, families, and professional offices, from bespoke itinerary design through to bookings, coordination, and travel-day support.
Most engagements begin with a brief. You can away to the Briefing Room to fill out our Preference Sheet, or send dates, party size, and the essentials by email. We respond with a written plan and the practical detail that follows: bookings, supplier coordination, and 24/7 support during travel. If you haven't the faintest idea of where your travels will take you, you we can arrange a call directly with our founder.
Private Clients and Families
We plan travel for private families who want support that accounts for real life. That includes multi-generational travel, complex logistics, different preferences across one group, and practical requirements that can derail a trip if handled casually.
Many family briefs are milestone journeys: anniversaries, honeymoons, babymoons, birthdays, graduations, and family gatherings with fixed dates and (very high!) expectations. We plan the itinerary end-to-end and we manage the operational details from start to finish: property selection, rooming, transfers, drivers, child requirements, dining, pacing, and supplier coordination. We work small, women-led and local where we can, providing a unique experience that is not common amongst agencies. We wholly reject the idea of mass-market travel and work in a deliberately old-school manor. Our founder knows each supplier and hotel and has personally vetted them, and we are nothing if not rabidly detail-oriented.
Family Offices and Households
We support family offices, executive assistants, personal assistants, and household teams who need a reliable travel partner for principals and their families. This work often involves privacy, short timelines, changes, multiple arrivals and departures, and a low tolerance for administrative noise.
Engagement can be direct with the office, direct with the principal, or structured on a white-label basis. We confirm the working method at the start and stick to it.
Typical briefs include multi-gen travel, celebration trips, summer planning, school holiday travel, and itineraries that extend beyond flights and hotels.
Solo Female Travel
Peregrina was founded with a strong feminist flair, and continues to design solo travel for women as a core part of the practice. This includes first-time solo trips, experienced solo travel, and travel planned around a client’s work and personal schedule.
We design bespoke solo itineraries for women in any destination, based on the same planning method used for private clients and families. This includes accommodation selection with appropriate location and service level, transport planning, guiding where helpful, dining reservations, and a day-by-day structure that fits the client’s pace. We can package these as "all inclusive" so the stress is reduced entirely.
For clients who want to meet other like minded women as part of travel, The Peregrina Society provides a small-group format. It is separate from private trip planning and is designed for women who want a curated small group experience.

Peregrina operates as a private travel consultancy. For many clients, the service functions as a travel concierge because planning, booking, coordination, and on-trip support are managed through one point of contact.
Do you sell luxury travel packages?
In a way, yes. Peregrina plans bespoke itineraries and handles every detail, bringing together all facets of your travel in one itinerary (and one invoice). If you want an “all-inclusive” level of ease, the itinerary can be designed and managed to achieve that outcome, with costs presented clearly across components.
Do you plan solo holidays for women?
Yes. Peregrina plans solo travel for women, including first-time solo travel and repeat solo travel, with attention to pacing, safety considerations, supplier selection, and on-trip support. We also offer quarterly women's retreats, in the style of the old-world academic salon.
Can an EA or a family office engage you directly for travel design?
Yes. Peregrina works with EAs, PAs, and family offices, including white-label support where required.
