THE STORY

Peregrina was founded on the quiet truth that in almost every household, every business, and every family office, it’s still women - ceos, matriarchs, assistants, daughters, partners - who carry the emotional labour of travel.

We work discreetly with women, families, and support teams to design tailored, high-touch itineraries. From major international journeys to multi-stop family holidays, every project is different. Every brief is personal. Most of our clients have spent years absorbing the logistical stress of keeping travel smooth. Whether working with an external agency, a family office or just getting it done on their own, one thing seems to be the same: it's usually a given that the women's experience is logistical first, experiential second. Peregrina is a radical departure from the usual model in that we refuse to believe that level of mental load should be part of the “luxury” experience. So we’ve built something new..

Peregrina offers end-to-end travel consulting, combining concierge-level discretion with deep operational support. We’re not a travel agency. We don’t sell pre-packaged trips or funnel you toward preferred partners. Instead, we act as a quiet extension of your office or household, offering full-spectrum support before, during, and after your journey. That means everything from initial research and planning, to real-time troubleshooting mid-itinerary, to the debrief once the trip is complete.

About The Founder

Caitlin Grace

Caitlin has built her career in the kinds of environments where excellence is assumed and errors are not an option. From private households to corporate boardrooms to the logistical depths of international travel, her work has always demanded discretion, precision, and foresight. Peregrina is the culmination of that trajectory.

Originally from California, Caitlin has spent the past nine years living and working internationally, including five years in Italy and four in the UK. Her approach is shaped by that range: cross-cultural insight, sharp logistical instinct, and the ability to adapt quickly and quietly when expectations change. She works with HNW families, principals, family offices, and senior executives, offering a level of continuity and judgment that most traditional agencies cannot match.

What led Caitlin to found Peregrina was a simple, recurring observation: wherever she looked - across industries, families, or destinations - the work of travel planning always seemed to settle on the same shoulders. Almost invariably, they were a woman’s. She was expected to anticipate every detail, absorb every logistical hiccup, and adjust seamlessly on the fly, usually without acknowledgment.

When Peregrina says it offers "women-centered travel consulting", it is not describing wellness retreats, self-care clichés, or pastel-colored branding. It means something far more concrete: competence, foresight, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Some say it’s radical to focus on women. We say: when was the last time you carried the passports?
